Key points
The points that matter most, in plain language. This summary is for convenience only; the full Privacy Policy below controls if anything here differs.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, and CXProWealth is not operated as a behavioural-advertising service.
- We never need your credentials. Do not send brokerage or bank passwords, private keys, seed phrases, government identifiers or full card numbers. Investment research does not require them.
- AI-platform requests are used only to answer them. When you connect CXProWealth to ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant, we receive only what that platform sends for your request and use it only to fulfil, secure and troubleshoot it.
- What an AI platform does with our answer is its own practice. We do not control a third-party platform’s retention, memory or training. Review its settings before sending sensitive information.
- You can ask, correct, delete or object. Privacy requests go to contact@cxprowealth.com with the subject “CXProWealth Privacy Request”.
This Privacy Policy explains how Coexist Group LLC, operating the CXProWealth brand (“CXProWealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you use CXProWealth.
This policy applies to cxprowealth.com, authenticated member areas, Strategy Desk, Market Lens, Valuation Lens, Portfolio Lens, Performance Lens, research reports, interactive tools, newsletters, data interfaces, APIs, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) servers, apps, plugins, connectors, integrations with third-party artificial-intelligence platforms, and other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).
It does not govern a third party’s independent processing of information, including processing by ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, authentication providers, payment providers, browsers, devices, or websites and services that you use separately from CXProWealth. Those parties may have their own privacy notices and settings.
1. Scope and role
Coexist Group LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes for its own purposes in connection with the Service, subject to applicable law.
When you connect CXProWealth to a third-party AI platform, that provider and Coexist Group LLC generally operate as separate parties with respect to their respective processing activities. Information processed by the AI platform before it is sent to us, and information processed by the AI platform after we return a response, is governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, data controls, and account settings.
2. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on the features you use, your settings, your membership status, the AI platform or other provider you connect, and the information you choose to provide.
2.1 Account and authentication information
When you create, access, or authenticate an account, we or our authentication provider may process information such as:
- name;
- email address;
- user or account identifier;
- profile image, if provided through an authentication method;
- membership or entitlement status;
- authentication events, session identifiers, and security information;
- OAuth authorization information, granted scopes, connection status, token or session metadata, and revocation information; and
- organization or workspace information where applicable.
We generally do not receive your password from a third-party identity provider.
2.2 Newsletter, contact, and support information
If you subscribe to emails, contact us, request support, or participate in a survey or similar interaction, we may collect:
- name and email address;
- subscription status and communication preferences;
- company or organization information you provide;
- the contents of messages, support requests, feedback, or other communications; and
- information about delivery, opens, clicks, and other email interactions where permitted by law and supported by our providers.
2.3 User-entered investment and analytical inputs
Interactive CXProWealth tools may allow you to provide information such as:
- ticker symbols or asset names;
- holdings or hypothetical holdings;
- allocation percentages;
- portfolio values or ranges;
- risk preferences;
- investment horizons;
- assumptions used in scenarios or models;
- questions, prompts, notes, or thesis statements; and
- other information you choose to enter for an analysis.
Some features may process some inputs locally in your browser rather than transmitting the full input to our servers. Where a feature is described as local or browser-side, related technical, analytics, security, or error metadata may still be processed unless the interface expressly states otherwise.
CXProWealth does not need your brokerage password, bank password, private key, seed phrase, Social Security number, or full payment-card number to provide investment research. Do not submit those items through the Service or an AI integration.
2.4 Information received through AI apps, plugins, connectors, and MCP
When you invoke CXProWealth from ChatGPT, Claude, or another third-party AI assistant, platform, agent, app, plugin, connector, or MCP-compatible client (“AI Platform”), the AI Platform may send us an app request or tool request on your behalf.
Depending on the provider, feature, permissions, and request, information sent to us may include:
- the text of the specific question or tool request;
- portions of relevant conversation context selected by the AI Platform;
- identifiers needed to authenticate your CXProWealth account or membership;
- OAuth scopes, authorization status, or connection metadata;
- technical information such as IP address, device, browser, language, region, approximate location, request identifiers, or timestamps where supplied by the platform or generated in connection with the request; and
- other information you expressly instruct the AI Platform to send as part of the request.
CXProWealth does not automatically receive your entire AI conversation merely because you connect the Service. The AI Platform determines what information it sends to a connected app or tool, subject to its own product design, permissions, terms, privacy policy, and your settings.
CXProWealth does not independently query or extract an AI Platform's private memory, unrelated chat history, conversation summaries, or user-uploaded files. We receive only information that the AI Platform sends to our endpoint as part of the authorized request flow. Where a platform's directory or developer rules prohibit an integration from querying or extracting specified categories such as memory, chat history, conversation summaries, or uploaded files, the CXProWealth integration is intended not to provide tools that perform that prohibited access.
2.5 Usage, device, log, and diagnostic information
We may automatically collect technical and usage information when you access the Service, including:
- IP address;
- browser and device type;
- operating system;
- pages, routes, reports, or features accessed;
- timestamps, referring pages, and navigation information;
- app, MCP, API, or tool-call identifiers and status;
- authentication, rate-limit, security, abuse-prevention, and error events;
- approximate geographic information derived from IP or provided by a platform;
- performance and diagnostic information; and
- cookie, analytics, or similar identifiers.
2.6 Cookies and analytics information
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and Service operation.
The platform currently uses analytics technology, including Google Analytics, and may use other analytics or measurement providers as the Service evolves. These providers may collect device, browser, IP, page-view, referrer, interaction, or similar information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will seek consent before using them.
2.7 Payment and transaction information
If we offer paid memberships, subscriptions, or other purchases, a third-party payment provider may process payment-card, billing, tax, and transaction information. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing contact details, plan information, dates, amounts, refunds, chargeback information, and limited payment-method metadata.
We do not ask users to submit payment-card data through a CXProWealth AI app, plugin, connector, or MCP request.
2.8 Information from service providers and third parties
We may receive information from providers that help operate the Service, such as authentication, hosting, database, analytics, email, newsletter, payment, security, AI Platform, market-data, and support providers. The information received depends on the provider, feature, your settings, and applicable permissions.
3. How AI Platform requests and responses are processed
This section is particularly important if you connect CXProWealth to ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI Platform.
3.1 Purpose limitation for third-party AI requests
When we receive an app, plugin, connector, or MCP request from an AI Platform, we process the request content and related personal information only as reasonably necessary to authenticate or authorize the request, fulfill the user-requested CXProWealth function, return the response, maintain security and integrity, troubleshoot the requested operation, and comply with applicable law and binding platform requirements.
We do not intentionally collect extraneous conversation data from an AI Platform simply for logging or unrelated profiling.
Where an AI Platform’s developer terms impose a narrower permitted use for requests received from that platform, the narrower restriction applies to our handling of those requests.
We do not use third-party AI Platform app-request content to train a general-purpose AI model that competes with the AI Platform that supplied the request.
3.2 CXProWealth responses sent back to an AI Platform
To answer your request, CXProWealth may return research, data, analysis, citations, metadata, summaries, or other information to the AI Platform. Once delivered, that information may become part of your interaction with that AI Platform.
The AI Platform may store, display, transform, summarize, combine, analyze, or otherwise process the response according to its terms, product settings, workspace configuration, privacy policy, and data controls. Depending on the provider, account type, settings, and applicable terms, information in AI interactions may be retained or used to improve that provider’s services.
We do not control a third-party AI Platform’s retention, memory, model-improvement, training, or deletion practices. Review the AI Platform’s settings and privacy documentation before connecting or sending sensitive information.
3.3 Read-only financial research
CXProWealth AI integrations are designed to provide research and information. They are not designed to transfer money, cryptocurrency, securities, or other financial assets or to execute investment transactions on your behalf.
Do not provide brokerage credentials, bank credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or transaction-authority credentials to a CXProWealth AI integration.
3.4 Disconnecting an AI integration
Where supported, you can disconnect CXProWealth through the relevant AI Platform, revoke authorization through the relevant account or authorization controls, or contact us for assistance. Revocation prevents new authorized requests but does not necessarily delete information already retained by the AI Platform, CXProWealth, or service providers where retention is permitted or required.
4. How we use information
Subject to applicable law and the more specific restrictions in Section 3 for third-party AI Platform requests, we may use personal information to:
- create, authenticate, administer, secure, and support accounts and memberships;
- determine eligibility for member-only features;
- provide research reports, Strategy Desk, Lenses, analytics, portfolio tools, and other Service features;
- respond to app, plugin, connector, MCP, API, and other authorized requests;
- calculate or display scenarios, models, comparisons, or portfolio-related results based on inputs you provide;
- remember preferences and maintain sessions;
- operate OAuth and other connection flows;
- communicate about accounts, security, support, maintenance, policy changes, product changes, and Service operation;
- send newsletters, research updates, product news, educational content, surveys, promotions, or related communications where permitted by law;
- manage email preferences and suppression records;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- process subscriptions, purchases, refunds, payment disputes, taxes, and accounting records where applicable;
- monitor performance, diagnose errors, troubleshoot failures, and improve usability;
- analyze aggregate Service usage and improve the direct CXProWealth website and platform, except where a third-party platform’s terms impose narrower limits on the use of app-request content;
- prevent, detect, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, scraping, attacks, unauthorized access, security threats, prohibited activity, and Terms violations;
- protect CXProWealth, Coexist Group LLC, users, providers, and others;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce agreements;
- comply with law, legal process, regulatory, accounting, sanctions, and tax obligations; and
- create aggregated or de-identified analytics, statistics, benchmarks, and operational insights.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for lawful business purposes and may retain it where it cannot reasonably be linked back to an identifiable person.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR require a legal basis, we process personal information depending on the circumstances based on one or more of the following:
- Contract: processing necessary to provide a Service you request or administer our agreement with you;
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing, improving, supporting, and protecting the Service and our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Consent: where you consent to a particular processing activity, such as certain cookies or communications where required; and
- Legal obligation: processing necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, or enforceable requests.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients.
6.1 Infrastructure, hosting, authentication, and database providers
We use third parties to host, secure, authenticate, store, and operate the Service. These include cloud-hosting, content-delivery, authentication and identity, database, networking, security, and other infrastructure providers, which process information on our behalf under contractual restrictions.
6.2 Analytics, email, newsletter, and communications providers
We may use providers such as Google Analytics, newsletter/content-management platforms, transactional-email providers, and communication tools to measure usage and deliver communications.
6.3 AI Platforms
If you connect CXProWealth to an AI Platform such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, or another supported service, we disclose the CXProWealth response and connection-related information necessary to fulfill your request. The AI Platform processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices.
6.4 Payment providers
If you purchase a paid offering, we may disclose or receive transaction-related information from payment processors, banks, tax providers, fraud-prevention services, and related vendors as reasonably necessary to process and administer the transaction.
6.5 Data, research, and content providers
We may use third-party market-data, news, research, filings, APIs, or content providers. Depending on the feature, limited technical information may be transmitted to obtain requested data, subject to our agreements and applicable law.
6.6 Professional advisers and corporate affiliates
We may disclose information to our affiliates, accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, consultants, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, accounting, or compliance purposes.
6.7 Legal, safety, and rights protection
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, legal process, court order, subpoena, regulatory request, or other enforceable demand;
- enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements;
- investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, or rights violations;
- protect the rights, safety, property, or security of CXProWealth, Coexist Group LLC, users, service providers, or others; or
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6.8 Business transfers
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with an actual or proposed financing, investment, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, bankruptcy, dissolution, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration.
We do not currently operate CXProWealth as a cross-context behavioral advertising service. However, analytics, cookies, affiliate links, or future advertising technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged for personal information. Where applicable law gives you an opt-out right for a practice we engage in, we will provide the required mechanism.
If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide additional notice or choices where required.
8. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in;
- remember preferences;
- maintain security and prevent abuse;
- understand Service usage and performance;
- diagnose errors;
- measure communications; and
- improve the Service.
You can control many cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking required cookies may prevent authentication or other features from working.
Where we provide a cookie-consent or privacy-preference tool, your choices apply as described in that tool, subject to technical and legal limitations.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Retention depends on the type of information and context, including:
- Account and membership information: generally retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping purposes;
- Authentication and OAuth information: retained while needed to maintain the authorized connection, until expiration or revocation where applicable, plus limited security, audit, backup, or legal-retention periods;
- AI Platform app or tool requests: processed only for the limited purposes described in Section 3. We may retain the minimum request content, response content, or metadata reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, audit, or legal compliance. We do not intentionally retain extraneous AI conversation data merely for logging;
- Newsletter information: retained while you are subscribed and afterward as reasonably necessary to maintain unsubscribe or suppression records and comply with law;
- Support and legal communications: retained as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, maintain records, and establish or defend legal claims;
- Billing and transaction records: retained for tax, accounting, fraud, chargeback, and legal periods where applicable;
- Analytics and diagnostic information: retained according to our configuration and the applicable provider’s retention settings; and
- Backups: information may remain in encrypted or restricted backups until overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer periods where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
A deletion request does not require us to delete information that we are required or permitted to retain by law, information needed for fraud or security prevention, suppression records, information necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or information that has been irreversibly de-identified.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the Service and the information processed.
However, no website, cloud service, database, authentication system, AI Platform, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, or protection from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
You are responsible for securing your own devices, email account, authentication methods, AI Platform account, and credentials and for promptly revoking connections you no longer use.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information we maintain about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- request a portable copy of certain information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable;
- appeal certain decisions relating to a privacy request where applicable; and
- lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where an exception applies or we cannot reasonably verify the request.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Email choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may still send non-promotional service, account, security, legal, or transactional communications where appropriate.
AI Platform connection choices
You can use the connection or app controls provided by the relevant AI Platform to revoke or disconnect CXProWealth where supported. You may also contact us for assistance with CXProWealth-side account access.
Cookie choices
You can use browser settings and any privacy-preference tool we make available. Some settings may affect Service functionality.
12. Sensitive information and financial credentials
CXProWealth is designed for investment research and does not need highly sensitive financial credentials to provide the Service.
Unless a future feature expressly requests information under updated disclosures and appropriate safeguards, do not provide:
- brokerage or bank passwords;
- private keys or cryptocurrency seed phrases;
- transaction authorization codes;
- Social Security numbers or similar national identifiers;
- full payment-card numbers through prompts or AI connectors;
- protected health information; or
- another person’s sensitive personal information without authorization.
If you choose to include sensitive portfolio or financial-context information in a prompt or tool request, you are responsible for considering the privacy settings and data practices of both CXProWealth and the AI Platform you use.
13. Children and age restrictions
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly offer CXProWealth accounts or AI integrations to children.
If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us in violation of this policy, contact us so we can review the matter.
14. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have privacy laws different from those where you live.
Where required by applicable law, we use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers, which may include contractual protections or other approved mechanisms.
15. Third-party websites, data providers, and AI Platforms
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, market-data services, news services, research sources, authentication systems, AI Platforms, payment providers, and other services.
We do not control their independent privacy practices. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and agreements. We are not responsible for a third party’s processing, security, retention, model training, memory, disclosures, or deletion practices except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, our providers, AI integrations, legal requirements, or business practices change.
The revised version will identify its effective or “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
17. Contact and privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests, contact:
Coexist Group LLC — CXProWealth Email: contact@cxprowealth.com Subject: “CXProWealth Privacy Request” Website: https://cxprowealth.com
If you submit a privacy request, provide enough information for us to understand and reasonably verify the request, but do not send sensitive credentials or identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
